We are a 55 plus Park, pet friendly (1 dog up to 35 lbs) 86-Unit Resident Owned Cooperative. We are located on the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast Intercoastal Waterway (Sarasota Bay). Cortez Park situated on 5.5 acres and is only a short walk over the Cortez bridge to Anna Maria Island’s beautiful white sand beaches. RV Site Rental Information
Cortez Park currently has no RV sites available for rent. Please email cortezparkhomeowners@gmail.com for more information. When available all rentals require a minimum of one month stay.

We also offer many amenities that compliment that laid back lifestyle. We have an on-site restaurant, inshore and offshore fishing charters....or just bring your own pole and fish from our private dock and seawall. If you own a boat, we have a private on-site boat ramp. The almost 500 feet of waterfront is enjoyed by all. One can just relax and enjoy passing boats, dolphins and manatees, and/or meet up to watch a sunset.
